Proud as a peacock are we of course of our own beer. A surprisingly blond, fruity and hoppy beer 5,5%. We serve Gulpener Beer on tap, as it is a leading company in the field of corporate social responsibility.
Stadsboerderij Vlaardingen
We use meat and fish from animals that have lived a good, dignified live with lots of space around them, such as in Stadsboerderij (=city farm). You simply taste the difference!
Freshley roasted coffee beans
We purchase our coffee beans in the local, small coffee-roasting house of Single Estate in Maasdijk. It guarantees the freshness of our coffee beans.
Dairy farm
We buy our cheese at ‘Kaas en zuivelboerderij van Winden’ in Schipluiden.
Vegetable garden
Our vegetable garden and fruit border are kept by gardener Kees by means of permaculture. We try to use our own vegetables and fruit in the kitchen as much as possible. Pesticides are not used in the vegetable garden.
